We've got lots going on over the next few weeks, including Julie-Anna's Riverside workshop, the return of The Mill Street Exchange, Member Breakfast, Lunch & Learn, The Bean Coffee Morning and plenty more.

Here's to a new month and a new quarter -  we're looking forward to getting stuck in. 💪🏼

MEMBER BREAKFAST

WEDNESDAY 3RD APRIL | 9 TIL 9:30 PM

Talk about perks, hey?

Every month, we treat our members to breakfast and networking in the coworking space to set them up for the day.

To keep things fresh, we're switching out the bacon sandwiches for create-your-own yoghurt bowls filled with fruit, yoghurt, and plenty of toppings.

Whether you're a granola and fruit lover or a yoghurt and honey fan, the choice is yours.

THE BEAN COFFEE CLUB

TUESDAY 9TH APRIL | 8 TIL 10 AM

The Bean ladies are back at Mill Street for their monthly coffee morning.

The Bean Network  started with a chat over coffee and the idea to create a hassle-free women's network with zero agenda. It takes place on the second Tuesday of every month.

If you fancy getting to know others over a coffee and a cake, feel free to come along and find out what it's all about on Tuesday, the 9th of April, between 8 and 10 AM.

FOCUS: WHAT'S YOUR WEAPON OF MASS DISTRACTION?

TUESDAY 9TH APRIL | 11 TIL 12 PM

Dr Suzanne Brown is pioneering a new approach to helping people invest in their ability to perform under pressure.

By bridging Clinical and Performance psychology, she offers a unique opportunity to achieve a successful work-life harmony, boost productivity, improve self-awareness and have thriving relationships with yourself and others.

Suzanne is returning to Mill Street for a series of mental health workshops taking place in our vibrant coworking space to discuss all things focus, breaking down our weapons of mass distraction and how we can combat them.

*Please note: This event is for Mill Street members only.

LUNCH & LEARN

WEDNESDAY 10TH APRIL | 12 TIL 12:30 PM

Lunch & Learn is back and this month's conversation starter is 'unlearning behaviours'.

Unlearning behaviours is like hitting the reset button on certain ways of thinking or doing things. It's kinda like decluttering your brain to make room for better stuff. It might not always be easy, but it's a way to open up to new ideas and ways of doing things that can lead to personal growth and better decision-making.

I look forward to chatting!

Please note - this is a member exclusive workshop taking place on the coworking sofas.

HOW TO RECORD & EDIT A PODCAST USING RIVERSIDE

WEDNESDAY 10TH APRIL | 11 AM TIL 12 PM

Riverside.fm has been a game-changer for remote podcasting.

The all-in-one platform allows you to record both audio and video, stream live, edit your show, and create social media video clips.

Julie-Anna Needham is a podcast producer and presenter using Riverside to record weekly podcasts for several years. In this free workshop, she’ll show you how to get started with recording both video and audio, how to do basic editing and create social media assets for your podcast.

Through training, workshops, and one-on-one work with clients, Julie-Anna aims to demystify the process and tech of filming a podcast.

We have limited spaces available for this workshop, so make sure to book your ticket if you wish to attend.
